Are your periods irregular or accompanied by symptoms such as extended days of bleeding or intense menstrual cramps?
Do you find yourself struggling with obesity or quick weight gain, particularly in the midsection?
Do you find yourself struggling with intense feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, loneliness, or despair?
Do you find yourself struggling with intense cystic acne?
Do you find yourself struggling to get pregnant?
Do you find yourself to be at risk for Type 2 Diabetes?
Do you find yourself struggling with Hirsutism (excess hair growth on face, chest or back) or telogen effluvium (losing hair on the scalp)?
Have you ever been diagnosed with PCOS, Endometriosis, or POTS?
Have you ever been on hormonal birth control (the pill, IUD, the shot, the patch, etc)?
Have you ever struggled with NAFLD (Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease)? Symptoms include abdominal swelling (ascites), enlarged blood vessels just beneath the skin's surface, enlarged spleen, and red palms.
