Do you often have trouble sleeping?
Do you feel tired or fatigued more than half of the time?
Do you find yourself struggling to get pregnant?
Do you experience problems with memory or concentration, or brain fog?
Do you often experience any of the following symptoms: acid reflux, esophageal spasms, red or swollen skin (specifically the hands, feet, ears, nipples)?
Have you ever had bariatric surgery?
Do you find yourself to be at risk for Type 2 Diabetes?
Do you feel lightheadedness, fainting, and/or rapid heart rate when standing?
Do you feel that your heart rate rapidly increases (30 bpm) when going from a horizontal position to a vertical position (laying down to standing up)?
Have you gotten an electrocardiogram (ECG) that appeared normal and verified by a physician?
